As a Technical Program Manager within the Chrome Browser team, you will provide a program management partnership cross-functionally. You will support Web Platform teams by leading, organizing, and managing projects and programs in collaboration with Developing, Product, and Marketing leads. You will manage and deliver on all of Chrome's priorities.Chrome is dedicated to building a better, more open web. The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 162,000-166,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, product managers, and UX designers/researchers in executing projects and programs from concept to launch, including planning, tracking progress, identifying and resolving issues, and managing dependencies.
  • Design and roll-out processes and tools to increase the velocity of developing teams, and the quality of product launches.
  • Provide program management leadership for the portfolio of program priorities and establish effective partnerships with developing, product, and User Experience (UX) leads.
  • Deliver continuous transparency to keep core team members aligned, and stakeholders informed.
  • Leverage an understanding of feature development to identify and build new operational improvements and processes.
