The Technical Project Manager is responsible for delivering ICT infrastructure and fit-out projects across domestic and international locations. This role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, logistics coordination, and hands-on technical delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required security and quality standards.

  • Deliver end-to-end ICT infrastructure and fit-out projects.

  • Manage project planning, procurement, logistics, deployment, risks, and project closure.

  • Have experience delivering ICT infrastructure or construction-related projects.

  • Possess strong technical knowledge across network, server, structured cabling, or communications infrastructure.

  • Can effectively manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and timelines.

  • Are proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working in both office and on-site environments.

  • Can balance strategic project management with hands-on technical delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including security, property, and technical teams.

  • Travel domestically and internationally to oversee project delivery and resolve site issues.

  • Interpret technical drawings, rack layouts, cabling designs, and infrastructure documentation.

  • Perform and oversee installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of ICT infrastructure.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, and government standards.

  • Maintain project, asset, and configuration documentation.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience in ICT infrastructure, technology deployment, construction, or related project delivery.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.

  • Technical expertise in network infrastructure, server environments, structured cabling, telecommunications, or data center deployments.

  • Experience working in Government, Defense, or highly regulated environments is desirable.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Relevant qualifications in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or Project Management.

  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications are highly regarded.

  • Australian Citizenship is Mandatory.

  • NV2 Security Clearance Required.
