WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Technical Property Manager, you will ensure that our stores and offices provide a safe, functional and efficient environment by delivering high-quality facility management services. You will manage the full Facility Management scope across the Sales Market, drive supplier performance and support the long-term performance of our property portfolio through strategic planning, operational excellence and close business collaboration.

You will:

  • Own the full Facility Management scope across the Sales Market, including Energy & Utilities, Cleaning, Waste & Pest Management, Technical Installations, General Building Maintenance and Shopfitting Maintenance, while driving category strategies in line with the global Facility Management vision.
  • Lead supplier sourcing, procurement and contract management in partnership with Procurement, ensuring contract compliance, high-quality service delivery and strong supplier performance through regular follow-ups and data-driven performance management.
  • Monitor the condition of the property portfolio, identify investment needs and contribute to lifecycle planning, new store openings and rebuild projects to optimise long-term asset performance.
  • Develop and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance plans, ensuring facility services and projects across the Sales Market are delivered efficiently, comply with Health & Safety requirements and meet agreed business requirements.
  • Act as a trusted internal partner for stores and business functions, translating operational needs into effective facility solutions through close collaboration with Leasing, Sales, Operations and Global Construction & Facilities.
  • Ensure accurate asset, maintenance and financial data within the global CAFM system (Planon/Axxerion), maintain a high level of system automation and asset data quality, while monitoring actual costs versus budget, analysing performance and driving continuous improvements through data-driven insights.
  • Drive energy management initiatives by monitoring site energy consumption, identifying optimisation opportunities and supporting the achievement of global sustainability targets.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of Facility Management by participating in global forums, sharing best practices and supporting the implementation of market and global strategies.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work closely with Sales Market Construction & Facilities, Leasing, Store Operations, Store Teams, Visual Merchandising, Procurement and external Facility Management providers. You will also collaborate with Global Construction & Facilities and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality facility services across the Sales Market.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with...

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Facility Management, Construction and/or Real Estate.
  • Proven experience in supplier and contract management within a Facility Management environment.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional or matrix organisation.
  • Experience in budgeting, operational planning and cost management.
  • Experience working with CAFM systems, such as Planon, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of Facility Management operations and supplier performance management.
  • Fluent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience within the retail industry, international organisations and/or energy management is considered an advantage.
  • Facility Management or Project Management certifications are considered an advantage.
