2- Collect and analyze early-stage product launch issues, batch problems, and major quality concerns, providing root cause analysis in conjunction with relevant teams.
3- Develop and maintain after-sales documentation, including standard FAQs (for internal and external customers), maintenance manuals, technical support guides, and product quality alerts.
4- Conduct technical training for key channel partners, distributors, and major clients in the region, including new product launch training and thematic technical training (both remote and on-site).
5- Support the local Australian marketing and sales teams by providing technical training to customers and pre-sales personnel to ensure smooth project implementation.
6- Assist the sales team in handling various after-sales emergencies, crises, complaints, and quality incidents from a technical perspective.
