Radius Limited is seeking a full time onsite Technical Support Advisor in Crewe to triage and resolve customer technical queries, learn both software and hardware products, manage CRM tickets with clear updates, and build strong relationships with internal teams. You will identify recurring issues and escalate as needed, support peak phone coverage, and generate leads for Radius products in a customer facing role. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, detail oriented, problem solvers, self motivated, and proficient with Microsoft Office. The role of technical support advisor is really important to us. You will be responsible for the triage and resolution of customers technical queries providing feedback both to the client and other internal departments. Required to learn both our software and hardware products you will develop an understanding and the ability to analyse issues as reported.
