HydraForce, part of Bosch Rexroth, is hiring a Technical Support Engineer in Birmingham to deliver expert hydraulic and electro hydraulic control guidance to customers and internal teams, manage new product development projects, prepare cost analyses for quotes, and provide field and onsite training and troubleshooting. You’ll review design requests, support regional sales, develop proposals with application engineers, and oversee HIC projects from enquiry to production while ensuring ISO and customer specs. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or relevant experience, solid off‑highway hydraulic systems background, manufacturing and MRP experience, PPAP and lean awareness. Role purpose
To provide comprehensive technical advice and expertise to both HydraForce Customers and HydraForce Internal Departments, liaising with field based Sales personnel and internal departments to ensure the effective provision of information and advice to meet customer needs. To effectively project manage development of new products in conjunction with internal departments
