Liebherr Machines Bulle SA seeks a Technical Trainer to plan and deliver training for service technicians, customers and internal teams. You will design and update materials, develop simulators and other didactic tools, and advance digital options such as e-learning and blended learning, coordinating with project management and the documentation team. You will perform needs analyses, assist field troubleshooting and manage training projects with internal and external partners. Ideal candidates hold vehicle mechanic or diagnostic technician training or equivalent, have strong engine and electronics knowledge, an adult education qualification or proven teaching experience, and solid project management with digital skills, plus willingness to travel and fluency in English and German (French a bonus). Your Responsibilities

• You plan and deliver technical training for service technicians, customers and internal employees
• You design, update, and optimize technical training materials
• You develop innovative didactic tools (simulators, practical training aids) to explain complex technical topics
• You implement and further develop digital training solutions (e-learning, video learning, blended learning)
• You work closely with project management, technical departments and the documentation team
• You conduct needs analysis for technical and product-related training
• You support customers in the field by solving technical issues (troubleshooting)
• You manage technical training projects in coordination with internal teams and external partners

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a vehicle mechanic / diagnostic technician or hold an equivalent technical qualification
• You possess strong knowledge of combustion engines and electronics
• You hold a qualification in adult education or have proven experience in structured technical teaching
• You are proficient in project management principles and tools
• You are comfortable with digital tools and understand blended learning concepts
• You are open to occasionally travel internationally
• You are fluent in English and German. French is an asset
