Role Overview:
Responsible for delivering technical training to Miral Experiences Technical Services colleagues, ensuring they are equipped to perform preventive maintenance and inspections relevant to their trades and areas of responsibility. Additionally, the role involves identifying, developing, and facilitating technical and safety training modules. It also includes updating these modules as procedures and requirements evolve.
The position requires regular collaboration with management and technical teams to address training gaps, align training with operational goals, and maintain compliance with industry standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate training records, tracking certifications, and ensuring all team members meet required technical competencies.
Role Scope:
Training:
- Facilitate and conduct technical training to Miral Experiences Technical services colleagues.
- Develop and maintain all relevant training material (presentations, workbooks, etc.) up to date.
- Identify new or changing training requirements and develop a training program to meet them.
- Coordinate all external training with areas of responsibility.
- Support the administration and tracking of all training records.
- Ensure all administrative documents and reports related to colleague training and development are updated on a weekly basis.
- Recommend solutions to performance challenges and identify areas for potential training enhancement.
- Mentor other trainers in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical training.
- Maintain safe and healthy training environment by following Miral’s standards and legal regulations, ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Recognized trainer experience in the area of expertise (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical training, engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years in a management role, preferably in a technical or training-related environment
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs, with a focus on preventive maintenance, safety, and compliance.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Must be able to instruct in front of large groups of individuals or provide one-on-one training as necessary.
- Must possess the ability to read and understand various technical manuals, drawings and circuits.
- Communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to design and write knowledge-based programs.
Desirable:
- 8+ years of experience in technical training, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Recognized trainer experience in more than one area of expertise (Electrical and Mechanical).
- Should possess practical skill and proficient knowledge in two or more trades, such as: electrical, electronics, PLC, hydraulics, mechanics, pneumatics.
- Advanced knowledge of technical training, including preventive maintenance, safety protocols, inspections, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in the use of technical training tools, simulation technologies, and learning management systems (LMS).
