Team Inc is seeking a full‑time hybrid Technician in Clinton who can work unsupervised in workshop and on site, travel away for extended periods, and meet tight tolerances while following AS/NZS ISO 9001 and company policies. The role requires a Fitter and Turner or Fitter Machinist, a valid Australian driver’s license, and a Construction White Card, with the ability to work shift work including weekends and public holidays, in remote locations, and at heights up to 50 meters. Emphasize teamwork, strong English communication, and the ability to pass a pre‑employment medical. In your application, illustrate recent trades experience, travel readiness, safety focus, and documentation discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• To work unsupervised in both workshop and on-site environments
• To comply with company policies and procedures.
• To promote and market Teams’ services, products and business solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with AS/NZS ISO 9001
• To assist fellow employees in a supportive manner as an integral part of working in a team environment

• Responsible to maintain the cleanliness/tidiness in the immediate area of your work, both in the workshop and on site. 

Requirements

• Fitter and Turner, Fitter Machinist (Tradesmen or 4th Year Apprentice)
• Ability to travel and be away from home for extended periods of time
• Must hold a valid Australian Driver’s License
• Must hold a Construction (White) Card
• Ability to work shiftwork, weekends and Public Holidays as required
• Ability to work in remote locations
• Ability to climb ladders up to 50 meters
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, set priorities and work to deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Ability to work to tight tolerances
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical
