The Technology Operations Executive will support the Business Transformation Department within the Innovation Team by identifying, defining, documenting, and piloting digital transformation and emerging technology opportunities that create measurable business value.

The role is responsible for translating business challenges into clear business cases, use cases, requirements, and pilot plans, while independently developing practical prototypes such as AI agents, Power BI dashboards, automation workflows, and minimum viable products (MVPs).

The role requires a strong understanding of the technology landscape, including AI, data analytics, automation, and digital platforms, combined with project management, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and effective communication with business departments to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, secure, and aligned with DHRE's transformation objectives.

4. Key Accountabilities
-
Identify, assess, and prioritize business transformation opportunities across DHRE departments where AI, automation, data analytics, or emerging technologies can improve efficiency, customer experience, governance, decision-making, or operational performance.

Engage with business departments to understand pain points, document current processes, capture requirements, and translate business needs into structured business cases, use cases, functional requirements, success criteria, and implementation roadmaps.

Design and independently develop practical pilots, proofs of concept, and MVPs, including AI agents, Power BI dashboards, automation workflows, data models, and low-code/no-code prototypes to validate business value before wider implementation.

Conduct feasibility assessments covering business value, technical viability, data availability, user impact, integration requirements, cybersecurity considerations, scalability, operating model implications, and estimated benefits.

Manage pilot delivery activities, including planning, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, testing, feedback cycles, issue resolution, and progress reporting.

Collaborate with IT, Digital, Data, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Finance, and relevant business teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

Support vendor and partner engagements by preparing technical and business requirements, coordinating demonstrations and technology trials, evaluating proposed solutions, and documenting recommendations for management decision-making.

Monitor technology trends in AI, agentic AI, analytics, automation, IoT, smart building technologies, drones, surveillance AI, and digital experience platforms, and recommend relevant opportunities for adoption within the real estate business context.

Define and track KPIs for pilots and digital initiatives, including adoption, efficiency gains, cycle-time reduction, cost optimization, user satisfaction, risk reduction, and business impact.

Prepare clear presentations, dashboards, status reports, executive updates, and decision papers to communicate opportunities, progress, outcomes, risks, recommendations, and lessons learned to business and leadership stakeholders.

Support change management and adoption by preparing user guides, training materials, awareness sessions, feedback mechanisms, and handover documentation to ensure successful transition from pilot to operational use.

7. Qualifications, Experiences, Skills
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.

Relevant certifications in AI, data analytics, Power BI, automation, project management, product management, design thinking, agile delivery, or business analysis are preferred.

Strong practical knowledge of AI solutioning, MVP development, Power BI dashboarding, data-driven decision-making, emerging technologies, and digital transformation delivery.
Minimum Experience (number of years):

4+ years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, business analysis, technology operations, AI adoption, data analytics, automation, product development, or related technology-enabled transformation roles.

Demonstrated experience in working with business departments to identify opportunities, develop use cases or business cases, manage pilots, and deliver working prototypes or dashboards.
