Job Purpose
The Telesales Representative is responsible for contacting potential patients by phone, introducing services, and providing information to support treatment decisions. The role focuses on lead conversion, building trust with patients, and ensuring a professional, patient-centered experience that supports business growth in the offshore market.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Patient Communication & Lead Conversion

  • Make outbound calls to prospective patients from provided leads.

  • Present services clearly, addressing patient needs and concerns.

  • Follow up on warm leads and update CRM systems.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant teams.

Sales & Performance

  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.

  • Track personal performance in line with team goals.

  • Support promotional campaigns by informing patients of current offers.

Administration & Reporting

  • Record calls, leads, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.

  • Provide feedback on lead quality to sales and marketing teams.

  • Submit performance reports as requested.

Teamwork & Professional Standards

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth patient communication.

  • Maintain brand standards in all patient interactions.

  • Adhere to confidentiality, data protection, and professional ethics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles (healthcare or medical tourism experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills to build patient trust.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and patient databases.

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
