Join Hato Hone St John as a Telecare Field Representative, a full-time, on-site role covering a broad Otago area including Saint Andrews, Oamaru, Karitane, Dunedin, Omarama and Twizel. You will build positive relationships with customers, demonstrate and install monitored medical alarm systems, deliver outstanding support and troubleshooting, promote services at community events, and respond swiftly to emergency alerts, while managing a demanding travel schedule and an on call roster every eight weekends with allowances. No prior medical alarm experience is required; full training is provided. As a Telecare Field Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers by:
This role covers a large geographic area, so you will need to be comfortable spending significant time on the road. For example; Saint Andrews, Oamaru ,Karitane, Dunedin, Omarama and Twizel.
You will also participate in an on-call roster every eight weekend, with allowances provided.
