Emirates NBD is seeking UAE Nationals for a full-time on-site Teller role. This position emphasizes delivering accurate teller services, processing transactions in line with bank policy, and meeting deadlines for time critical items such as clearing and TT, while providing courteous customer support and escalating issues as needed. You will also identify opportunities to promote and sell a product portfolio to meet sales objectives. Requirements include relevant secondary education, at least two years in banking or a related field, cash handling experience, strong service orientation, and UAE National with Family Book. Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide a range of teller services in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer needs and contributing positively to the image of the bank

  • Process all transactions in accordance with Bank policy, procedure and control standards

  • Ensure to meet the deadline for all the time critical transactions (ie, clearing, TT etc)

  • Respond courteously and effectively to customers problems, escalating those beyond the role limits to the supervisors

  • Create and exploit opportunities to promote and sell a portfolio of products and services that meets the needs of existing and prospective customers to achieve the assigned sales objectives / standards.
     

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Relevant secondary Education

  • 2 years’ experience in banking /related industry

  • Cash handling experience

  • Service Oriented

  • UAE National with Family Book
