Key Responsibilities
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque transactions, and loan payments accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Promote and refer suitable banking products and services to customers.
- Reconcile cash and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, operational controls, AML, and KYC requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School/Secondary School education.
- 1 to 2 years of banking, customer service, or cash-handling experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- UAE Nationals preferred.
