Joining Emaar as a General Recreation Ambassador is a full-time onsite opportunity in the United Arab Emirates to craft exceptional guest experiences from welcome to farewell in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate has a genuine service personality with high EQ, at least five years in a five-star hospitality setting, and a minimum of three years in supervision; strong English is essential and an additional language is a plus, with a high school diploma required and a hotel management related degree preferred. You will be measured on service standards, proactive communication, and service recovery; to stand out, tailor your resume to show leadership, quantify guest outcomes, and demonstrate customer focus and adaptability.


ABOUT THE FUNCTION

 

This function is to ensure exceptional Recreation Experiences for our guests in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless service experience. Ensure that each guest has a safe and an energized experience from welcome until farewell. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

 

  • Genuine service personality, with high EQ. 

  • Minimum 5 years of similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry.

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience for those required to manage teams. 

  • A strong command of spoken English is required; additional language is an asset. 

  • Minimum of a high school diploma is required / College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.

  • Ensure all operational tasks are conducted in line with the service standards and procedures. 

  • Go the extra (s)mile where possible.  

  • Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
