Territory Manager Gloves at Mölnlycke Health Care is a field based, full time role in Queensland, focused on identifying and developing business opportunities for the Mölnlycke brand within targeted accounts to maximise sales and contribution. You will maintain existing accounts while expanding into new ones, build the brand profile with key decision makers, and manage tender activity and contracts to meet sales targets. Success relies on rigorous Territory Business Planning, data analysis, cross functional teamwork, and turning market insights into strategies and product launches. Ideal candidates will have a University degree in Nursing or Life Science, plus Operating Theatre and sales experience, product launches and field training. Travel within Territory and ANZ is required; the ANZ office is in Sydney Belrose. Field based role in QLD. Identify and develop business opportunities for the Mölnlycke brand within targeted accounts in order to maximise sales and contribution growth.    

Maintain existing accounts while growing and diversifying into new accounts.

Develop the Mölnlycke brand profile with key decision makers and build added value relationships to ensure company sales targets are met.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Achieve agreed sales targets for specified products to ensure that overall company growth is achieved.
  • Promote products within portfolio to accounts, thereby building sales and relationships
  • Work in partnership with other Mölnlycke team members to achieve the best outcome.
  • Identify key decision makers in key accounts to ensure maximum sales are achieved in each account.
  • Identify current usage and support forecasting requirements in key accounts, using appropriate reporting systems.
  • Develop and maintain Territory Business Plans in order to identify potential volume and gains
  • Analyse sales data and update Territory Business plan to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Become competent and capable with related computer systems for product selection and development of customised products.
  • Seek market information on competitor activities and products to help shape accurate strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Have a full understanding of territory regional and national contract frameworks. Identify opportunities for new tenders and changes to existing tenders so that maximum sales increase may be realised. Manage all tender activity in the territory in a proactive way so that we manage the process to the full advantage of Mölnlycke.
  • Be fully conversant with Mölnlycke’s goals, corporate strategy, and processes, and agile to respond to new objectives.
  • Respect, respond, and provide excellent customer service and partnership.

  • Selection of key accounts based on the opportunities
  • Prioritisation of activity to ensure efficient and effective use of selling time
  • Selection of Key Opinion Leader’s to develop for the territory to give a network of product champions.

Capabilities, Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • University Degree (or equivalent) in Nursing, Life Science (or similar) preferred
