Toby’s Estate is seeking a Territory Manager or Senior Territory Manager to lead growth in the Adelaide region, full-time and onsite, with a solid customer portfolio and a chance to shape brand visibility through market activity, events, tastings, and CRM updates in HubSpot. The role blends autonomy with support from the State Sales Manager, requiring someone confident, outgoing, self-motivated, and capable of nurturing existing relationships while pursuing new business. Candidates with coffee experience or strong sales backgrounds are encouraged; benefits include a competitive base, uncapped incentive, five recharge days, a car and fuel card, and career development. To apply, tailor your resume to show results, emphasize coffee passion, CRM skills, and real examples of independent success and teamwork.

About us:

The story of Toby's Estate began in 1997, in the grungy streets of Woolloomooloo, armed with Mum’s garage, a beat-up coffee roaster and passion on tap, we set out on a wild adventure of business and coffee discovery. Not concerned with the frills of it all, but just that we were consistently consistent in roasting the tastiest coffee we could and treating all the people in our world like family.

Fast forward nearly 30 years and we’re an energetic team and merry band of misfits united by a common passion for doing amazing things, and at the forefront of pushing the limits of premium specialty coffee.

Why join us as our Territory Manager/Senior Territory Manager?

As our Territory Manager or Senior Territory Manager, you’ll help shape how our brand is seen, heard, and remembered - right from the front lines. Whether on the road and out in market, at TEC specific or industry events, you'll be actively connecting and networking. You’ll inherit a well-established customer portfolio, built on deep appreciation for our brand and coffee. This gives you a strong foundation to nurture existing relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Some days you will be talking commercial terms with a business owner. Other days you will be helping solve a customer issue, supporting an event, tasting coffees, following up leads or updating the CRM (HubSpot) - always juggling ten things at once. Your State Sales Manager fosters a culture of autonomy and approachability, providing you with the empowerment and support needed for success.

Who are we looking for?

At Toby’s, it's more than just the partnerships we establish and maintain with our customers, it's also about the passion you have for our coffee and brand. We’re looking for someone who is confident, outgoing, and curious - someone who’s comfortable working independently, collaborates well with others, and demonstrates strong self-management. Ideally, you’ll bring coffee experience and a background in sales, but we’re open to candidates with relevant experience in comparable industries.

What we offer?

Joining our business means immersing yourself in the world of coffee and leveraging exciting learning opportunities across our Australia and New Zealand UCC business. Our commitment to your growth includes career development and great opportunities, coffee, and a focus on your wellbeing.

As part of our offering, you’ll receive a competitive base salary, five days of recharge leave each year to rest and refuel, a car and fuel card, and an uncapped incentive scheme. You’ll be joining a genuinely collaborative and supportive team, where people back each other, share knowledge freely, and celebrate wins together. Our leadership team is engaged, approachable, and committed to helping you succeed.

If you have the expertise, attitude, energy, and drive to provide exceptional customer service, drive growth, and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives, Toby's Estate offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact as our Territory Manager /Senior Territory Manager in the dynamic Adelaide region.
