Tesco is hiring a Phone Shop colleague for the Kettering Extra, a full‑time, on‑site role within Tesco Mobile. The pay starts at £12.87 per hour, rising to £14.08 inside the M25, with location supplements possible; new starters are guaranteed a minimum of 12 hours each week and shifts are scheduled with three weeks’ notice. You’ll deliver great customer service, maintain store standards, and support stock control and budgeting while benefiting from holidays, flexible working, strong discounts, life cover and a rewarding pension, wellbeing resources, and colleague networks. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be.
