Working closely with development teams to reproduce and debug issues found during testing. 5. Validating fixes and ensuring that corrections are effective and do not introduce new issues. 6. Documenting testing phases and defects to improve future test plans and strategies. 7. Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to improve test processes. 8.
