Job Description

KPMG’s Transformation Delivery and Change Practice delivers expert program management, project delivery, testing and change services across some of Australia’s most significant transformation programs.
As part of this capability, KPMG Adelaide is building a dedicated Testing Practice with a clear mission: to accelerate business change through high‑quality, low‑risk delivery. Leveraging deep industry expertise alongside leading testing tools and methodologies, the team helps clients deliver efficient, reliable transformation outcomes.

Your opportunity

As a Test Manager, you will:

  • Build strong client relationships and leverage your network to anticipate and address client needs
  • Lead and manage test resources across Adelaide and our offshore delivery centre in India
  • Collaborate closely with client business and IT stakeholders to design and execute high‑quality tests focused on meaningful outcomes
  • Manage the preparation and execution of all major test phases, reporting results to project and program leadership
  • Work closely with developers and functional consultants to drive structured and efficient defect resolution

Your Experience

You will bring experience in:

  • Managing medium to large testing projects, ideally with a strong focus on Oracle solutions
  • Domain expertise in one or more areas:
    • Finance
    • Manufacturing
    • Sales
    • Procurement
    • Logistics
  • Developing test plans, acceptance criteria and test conditions from user stories, technical specifications and designs
  • Strong knowledge of test management tools and processes
  • Excellent understanding of the full Software Testing Life Cycle and testing types
  • Assessing testing risks, prioritising effectively and building structured delivery approaches
  • Automation testing using modern frameworks such as Opkey, Worksoft Certify and/or TOSCA
  • Designing, maintaining and scaling automated regression suites to improve quality and reduce manual effort
  • Leading high‑performing teams across local and offshore environments
