The Workers Compensation Legal Technical Specialist role within the Qantas NSW Self Insurance Workers Compensation team will provide technical advice to the team while overseeing a portfolio of litigated claims in accordance with relevant state legislation, guidelines. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders' relationships, including instructing lawyers, working closely with HR, IR and other business partners, as well as manage matters before the Personal Injury Commission.
