Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust is hiring a full-time Therapy Support Worker (Band 3) to join the Queen Alexandra Hospital therapy team. The role involves unsupervised delivery of therapy activities, carrying a caseload under a physiotherapist or occupational therapist, supporting assessments and rehabilitation, and handling admin, stock and equipment while maintaining compliant records and patient safety. Essential qualifications include GCSE-level literacy and NVQ III in Diagnostic and Therapeutic Support, with prior healthcare experience in therapy.
