District Executive- Beauty (6-Month Contract) | Dubai, UAE

Are you passionate about retail, people leadership and driving sales performance in the beauty and luxury industry?

We are looking for a highly energetic and results-driven District Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a leading prestige beauty organisation.

This is a field-based role (90% in market) where you will act as the eyes and ears of the business, ensuring exceptional execution across the GCC while leading and developing Beauty Advisors to deliver outstanding results.

You Will:

• Drive retail sales performance across a defined district

• Lead, coach and develop Beauty Advisors and Consultants

• Build strong partnerships with retailer store teams.

• Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, stock management, testers and planogram execution

• Support key launches, promotions and in-store activations

• Monitor performance, productivity and retail KPIs across doors

• Deliver actionable market, competitor and consumer insights

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in retail sales, cosmetics, luxury retail or FMCG
  • Proven experience managing multiple retail locations and field teams.
  • Ability (to obtain visas easily) & desire to travel frequently across the GCC.
  • Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Experience managing multi-brand retail environments is highly desirable
  • Strong visual merchandising and retail operations knowledge
  • Fluent Arabic & English essential.
