We are looking for Rewards Manager to lead the design and delivery of key people programs focusing on Total Rewards and HRIS. This role will manage a diverse HR team, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with both global HR frameworks and regional business needs acting as a trusted partner to the Middle East business leaders.

Job Description

  • Oversee the design, review, and administration of total rewards programs across the Middle East.
  • Conduct benchmarking, job evaluations and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Monitor pay equity, consistency, and compliance with country-specific labor laws.
  • Lead the annual salary review and bonus cycles, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and business performance.
  • Evaluate benefits programs (healthcare, insurance, allowances, etc.) to enhance employee value proposition.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on market trends, pay structures, and employee retention strategies.
  • Oversee HRIS maintenance, and optimization across the region.
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR data management and reporting.
  • Provide analytics and dashboards to support data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Ensure timely updates on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant focus to total rewards.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing compensation structures, job grading frameworks, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs across multiple countries in the Middle East.
  • Strong expertise in reward cycle management (salary reviews, bonuses, incentives).
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay, Towers Watson) and aligning job grading to pay scales, benefits eligibility, and career frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze pay equity, market competitiveness, and workforce cost trends to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience in GCC is a must with solid understanding of Middle East labor laws and market practices.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • Fluent in English.
