H&M Group is hiring a Total Rewards Partner for the Sales Market Benelux (m/f/d) to locally translate global compensation, benefits and mobility strategies in Amsterdam, full-time onsite with three days in the office. You’ll be the rewards expert for the market, leading programs, communicating pay structures, and overseeing salary reviews, incentive planning and budgeting while ensuring compliance with global policies and local regulations. You’ll partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to drive data-driven decisions, manage compensation data in global HR systems, and mentor teams on rewards. Requirements: degree or equivalent, proven compensation and benefits experience, strong analytics and project management, English fluent, extra languages a plus.
