The Opportunity

Kinetic Melbourne is seeking a motivated Trade Assistant to join our Thomastown depot and become a valued member of our maintenance team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with a wide range of fleet maintenance activities, from basic tyre and panel repairs to supporting our qualified Mechanics with servicing and repair work. You'll gain valuable experience working across various vehicle makes and models while developing your mechanical skills in a supportive environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience assisting with maintenance and repairs of heavy commercial vehicles or fleets
  • A current MR licence (HR licence or higher preferred but not essential)
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to a safe working environment
