Red Bull in the UAE seeks a Trade Marketing Specialist for a full-time onsite role in Dubai to drive in-store visibility and execution across Off Premise channels, partnering with Sales and Marketing on activations and planogram compliance while tracking performance. The Trade Marketing Specialist supports the execution of trade marketing initiatives to drive visibility, availability, in-store execution, and sales performance across all Off Premise trade channels. The role works closely with Sales and Marketing teams to implement in-store activations and merchandising standards. It also involves tracking performance, analyzing results, and supporting continuous improvement of trade activities that put the brand in maximum danger of being sold.
TRADE MARKETING EXECUTION
Support the implementation of trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales
Assist in executing in-store promotions, activations, and Point of Sales (POS) campaigns across key channels
Ensure correct execution of merchandising standards (planograms, displays, visibility tools)
Work closely with Sales teams to support customer-specific initiatives
Assist in adapting trade activities by channel (modern trade, traditional trade, impulse, etc.)
Support new product launches with trade materials and activation plan
Maintain a clear critical path for each project by planning and executing based on deadlines
POS TOOLS / DEVELOPEMENT AND ADAPTATION
Ensure global POS toolkit is used effectively in order to adhere to brand guidelines and appropriately represents the brand (e.g. creative and innovative)
Ensure national POS is developed only when international material is not appropriate and a clear commercial benefit is recognized
Track the inventory of all POS tools and ensure we sufficient supply that meet the placement targets
ANALYSIS & REPORTING
Track and analyze activation performance, sell-out data, and Return on Investment utilising Electronic point of sale (EPOS), depletions and other sources and make recommendations on how to improve.
Run analysis to generate insight that can be converted into actions which place the brand in maximise danger of being sold
Prepare post-activation evaluations and performance reports
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the beverage category
COORDINATION & ADMINISTRATION
Coordinate production and distribution of POS materials
Manage trade marketing calendars and timelines
Support budget tracking and invoice processing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Fluent in written and spoken English
Arabic is a plus
2 years experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing (FMCG experience preferred)
Internship experience in FMCG or beverages is a strong plus
