Job Description

Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role. 

Hours of work: 40 Hours 

  • Tuesday 1:00pm - 9:30pm
  • Wednesday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Friday - Saturday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Are you ready to take your first step into leadership? We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as our Trading 2IC!

As the Trading 2IC, you will assist the Trading Manager with everything Shopfloor related, including The Entertainment and Technology departments and the Price Integrity function. You will demonstrate great leadership of the teams in these areas.

Your role will also encourage you to actively promote a safe environment, and ensure all legal trading requirements are met. You will ensure planograms are maintained and promotions are set up correctly.

Qualifications

You must have sufficient right to work in New Zealand for this role. 

Ideally you will have: 

  • Proven retail experience
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Commitment to the Customer and the in-store experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
