Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Ensure the branch is audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve branch goals.
- Support branch staff in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop branch staff.
- Assist in monitoring and managing branch budgets and financial performance.

- Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of banking experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
