Your Tasks

  • Develop global training and enablement concepts for CRM and sales processes.
  • Deliver role-based training for sales, management, and leadership.
  • Drive change management and communication initiatives.
  • Measure adoption and define corrective actions.
  • Develop and support regional trainers and local champions.
  • Build AI literacy and responsible usage awareness in sales.
  • Train users on AI-supported CRM features and analytics.
  • Enable confidence and trust in data- and AI-driven decision-making.

 

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Learning & Development, Psychology, or similar.
  • Experience in training design, sales training, or change management in an international environment.
  • Experience developing role-based learning journeys and digital training formats.
  • Strong change-management capabilities and experience supporting global rollouts.
  • Experience measuring adoption and defining corrective actions.
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM training, sales processes, and digital adoption tools.
  • Ability to explain and train features in a simple, user-focused way.
