Ideal candidates have 3 to 5 years in training content development, 2 or more years creating interactive online content, and a relevant diploma or degree; mining or safety critical experience is preferred, SAP SuccessFactors a plus. On-site, CAD 93,000 to 115,000 per year, rolling applications.

Reporting to the Lead Training Designer, the Training Content Developer is responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining training materials that support compliance, safety, and operational readiness at HVC. The Training Content Developer will have a strong emphasis on interactive eLearning, assessments, and learning management system administration rather than classroom facilitation.

Pay Range: CAD $93,000 - $115,000 per year
