Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain training matrix for all team members.
  • Schedule departmental training for direct labor, indirect labor, office and other support functions.
  • Set up new team members in the system and develop individual training plans.
  • Set goals and expectations for training deliverables.
  • Prepare training reports to evaluate status and completeness of training requirements.
  • Track changes and update QMS documents related to training needs.
  • Collaborate with and seek out others throughout the company to carry out training duties.
  • Identify and recommend solutions to the overall training process for continuous improvement.
  • Work with other department to record and maintain training documents.

What your background should look like

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • High school diploma or GED is required. Some post high school education is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a training coordinator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience presenting training to all levels of employees.
  • Experience writing work instructions and technical documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to support multi-shift organization.
  • Ability to work independently and across departments.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $45,500-$68,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
