Bombardier is seeking a Training Coordinator in Organizational Learning to support four Montreal manufacturing sites by triaging training requests, planning sessions, coordinating logistics, and maintaining data in the Learning Management System. The successful candidate will bring five years of experience in training coordination or a manufacturing setting, a DEC, excellent organizational skills, and professional bilingual fluency in French and English. You will collaborate with Organizational Learning Partners and Technical Learning Advisors to onboard new operations staff and keep attendance, competencies, and certifications accurate. Our dynamic organization is seeking a Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, and will be adept at managing the logistics required to ensure the seamless coordination of training events. This includes triaging and tracking requests, planning training activities, and processing data in the Learning Management System (LMS). This role supports four (4) manufacturing sites in Montreal and therefore requires daily communication with stakeholders and team members to ensure the effective delivery of training and the attendance of participants.
