Greencross Vets is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead end-to-end training for the national PIMS rollout, working onsite in North Ryde. You’ll coordinate intake, design, and governance of role-based learning, develop end-user guides and SOP-aligned content, manage LMS deployments, and establish a Site SME network to ensure consistent delivery through go-live and hyper-care. Success hinges on stakeholder engagement, prioritizing across rollout waves, and translating clinical workflows into practical, scalable training. In your application, highlight LMS development wins, multi-site rollout experience, and any PIMS or healthcare background. Show measurable outcomes like readiness metrics and time-to-competency, and tailor your CV to this fast-paced program.
Lead the Foundation of a Major Technology Rollout
The Training Coordinator is responsible for enabling safe, consistent, and sustainable adoption of the PIMS solution across clinics by coordinating the design, governance, and deployment of role-based training aligned to rollout waves and release cycles.
Working as part of the Change Management function, you will be responsible for ensuring learning content is practical, current, and deployment ready. The role is hands-on during rollout execution, supporting clinics through readiness, go-live, and hyper-care to drive adoption outcomes.
Key Accountabilities

Experience in training coordination, learning operations, or change enablement within a program or transformation environment
Proven ability to develop and deploy training content through LMS platforms
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination skills across multiple teams
Ability to manage competing priorities aligned to rollout schedules and milestones
Desirable
Experience with PIMS or clinical systems (veterinary or healthcare preferred)
Experience supporting multi-site or national system rollouts
Familiarity with structured change and enablement approaches
Success Measures
Clinics meet training completion and readiness thresholds prior to go-live
Training content is current, governed, and aligned to system configuration at each rollout wave
Site SME network is active, capable, and supporting local adoption
Post-go-live adoption is sustained with reduced reliance on central support
Additional Notes
This role operates within a fast-paced rollout environment and requires flexibility to support deployment activities and evolving program priorities.
The position description is not exhaustive; additional reasonable duties may be required in line with program needs.
