TAL is hiring a Training Manager on a 12 month term, full-time, onsite in Melbourne. You will lead the delivery of learning programs that build capability and support customer outcomes, guide teams through change, and use data to identify gaps and drive improvements while ensuring governance and compliance. You’ll partner with leaders to shape induction and development, design learning experiences, and drive improvements in a contact centre or sales environment. The ideal candidate brings solid facilitation, clear communication, and the ability to adapt learning for diverse audiences, plus a collaborative, data driven mindset and a commitment to inclusion.
