Transformation PMO is a full-time onsite role in Dubai responsible for end-to-end delivery of major commercial projects, including vendor platform setup and IT integration, migration, and customer-facing app development. The role maintains plans, manages third-party tasks, tracks changes and budgets, and refines governance while leading meetings and escalating scope or cost risks to the Head of Commercial. Requirements: graduate or master’s degree, 10+ years in project management, 5+ years in IT/telecom; telco digital transformation a plus. Strong PM discipline, stakeholder influence, CxO-level communication, leadership and English; Arabic a plus. Key Accountabilities
- Deliver end to end project plan for all important projects in commercial which includes inputs from all key areas with all activities captured and all key timings and costs incorporated. These projects include (1) set up of the Vendor platform and integration into EITC IT systems, (2) set up of the commercial project on the platform, (3) build of the customer facing app (4) the customer migration
- Responsible for the update of the project plans for all projects at all times including third-party partners and vendors tasks
- Manage a project change register which captures scope, cost, or timing changes.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing allocated program budget and targeted efficiency savings.
- Recommend and enhance the project/delivery governance model for the SBU.
- Manage all key project meetings, escalating to the Head of Commercial any concerns around scope creep, scope change, timing or cost risks or impacts.
- Ensure project team is motivated and aligned around the project purpose and work with any individuals or teams who are falling behind to get the activities back on the agreed project plan schedule
- Manage all project team activities keeping the pressure on delivery with no compromise on quality, escalating any people delivery concerns along the way
- Manage the risks and opportunities register, ensuring its availability to the head whenever required, with possible mitigation strategies for all risks identified
Qualifications
- Graduate / Master’s degree.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years project/programme management responsibility.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT/telecommunications.
- Experience in Telco digital transformation is strongly appreciated.
