Citycare Property is experiencing significant year on year growth across our facilities Management portfolio and is seeking a Transition Manager to support the continued scaling of our business.
The Transition Manager will be responsible for leading structured mobilisation and transition activities, ensuring that changes to service delivery, whether through portfolio expansion, contract uplift, or operational integration are executed smoothly and embedded successfully into Citycare Property operations.

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko:
• Proven experience leading large contract transitions or complex mobilisations, with strong project management capability supported by PRINCE2, PMP or similar certification.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to work confidently with customers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of FM contract requirements, compliance and operational delivery.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Lead all mobilisation activities for new FM contracts, developing plans, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate people, plant and resources to ensure Day 1 operational readiness.
• Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout transition.
• Maintain risk and deliverables registers and ensure compliance with contractual, legal and safety requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, inductions and training for personnel joining the new contract.
• Support subcontractor engagement, compliance checks and mobilisation documentation.
