You’ll assist customers in person and online, book holidays, flights, hotels and travel insurance, and use Amadeus GDS to manage bookings while driving cross-selling and meeting targets. Essential: retail travel sales agency experience, excellent customer service, and strong organisation with the ability to manage itineraries end to end; preferred: Certificate 3 in Travel and Amadeus or Sabre. As a Retail Travel Sales Consultant, you will utilise your exceptional customer service skills and share your extensive knowledge of global destinations and passion for travel. You will be responsible for creating personalised travel itineraries managing the customer experience from beginning to end.

Our Melbourne CBD retail store is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Our team work during these hours with the requirement to attend occasional out of office industry events. The business may consider increasing to a 7-day trade in the future.
