About the team
You will be reporting to the Head of Accounting.
Your mission
Keeping numbers, liquidity, and risks under control – in Treasury, you ensure that everything runs
smoothly in the background. As a Treasury Analyst, you will support our team with central
financial processes and gradually develop into an expert within the group accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Treasury Processes & Electronic Banking: You manage our group-wide electronic banking
- as a key user, overseeing end-to-end bank processing and GL bank reconciliation, while
- supporting the efficient further development of payment and treasury processes.
- Analysis & Reporting: You analyze financial, currency, and interest data and create clear
- reports, e.g., on financial debt, maturity structures, and FX exposures.
- Treasury Risk Management: You help identify, assess, and monitor financial risks.
- Financial Statements & Day-to-Day Business: You assist with month-end closing activities
- and operative treasury, with a focus on ensuring accurate daily cash management and bank
- reconciliation.
- Projects & Further Development: You take on your own treasury projects and actively drive
- topics related to digitalization and efficiency improvement.
Qualifications
- Education & Entry: You have a degree in economics/accounting/finance and ideally have
- gained initial experience in treasury, banking, or finance.
- IT & Tools: You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Netsuite or similar ERP
- knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: You have a strong understanding of numbers and work in a structured,
- reliable, and process-oriented manner.
- Mindset: You are flexible, resilient, and interested in actively shaping digital solutions and
- treasury processes.
- Languages: English is required, German is highly preferred
