MoleMap is hiring a confident, flexible Treatment Administrator for a fixed-term part-time role in Wellington CBD, 13 hours per week (Wednesday 8 hours plus flexible 5 hours).   • Location: Wellington CBD

  • Contract: Fixed-term part-time

  • Hours: 13 hours

  • Schedule: Wednesday 8 hours + Flexibility for remaining 5 hours

In this role you will:

  • Welcome patients in person or on the telephone, answering or referring enquiries.

  • Phone patients to book for treatment

  • Office duties: accounts, billing, scanning, printing and photocopying

  • General office and clinic support

  • Stock takes and reordering supplies

  • Transfer of data between systems

We will ensure you are given all the know-how and skills to do your job well.
