CRH Montana Materials & Construction is seeking a Trucking Supervisor to oversee transportation operations across Montana, with on site work in Helena or other MT locations and a schedule that typically runs Monday to Friday with some Saturdays, 40 plus hours a week, and daily travel with occasional overnights; compensation ranges from $30 to $34 per hour DOE and a company vehicle is provided, with the role reporting to the Transportation Manager. Emphasize DOT compliance expertise, thorough pre and post trip discipline, fleet optimization, and strong onboarding and driver development skills, including coaching, ride-alongs and quarterly evaluations, while collaborating with project superintendents to ensure on time, safe and cost efficient deliveries and maintaining telematics and maintenance oversight. Position Overview
This is a skilled position requiring the individual to manage a variety of functions related to the transportation operations within Montana Materials & Construction. The individual must have a good understanding of ready-mix concrete, construction, paving and material distributions as it relates to transportation. The Trucking Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the efficient utilization of trucking resources and personnel and regular reports reflecting status of the transportation process. Position reports to the Transportation Manager.
