Job Overview

We are seeking a UAE National Human Resources Executive to join our People team and support the delivery of strategic and operational HR services across the business. The role will focus on HR operations, employee relations, Emiratisation initiatives, recruitment coordination and HR policy administration, working closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional partners to ensure timely, compliant and customer‑centric HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer administration, ensuring a positive candidate experience

  • Drive Emiratisation programmes and initiatives by identifying talent pipelines, liaising with government bodies and education partners, and tracking national hire targets

  • Act as first point of contact for employee relations enquiries, providing guidance on policies, resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters to senior HR partners

  • Manage HR onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, inductions, probation tracking and exit formalities to ensure accurate records and compliance

  • Maintain HRIS and employee records with high accuracy; run standard reports and support data requests for workforce planning and management reporting

  • Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating with external providers, validating inputs and resolving routine queries

  • Contribute to learning and development logistics, including coordination of training sessions, enrolments and post‑training feedback collection

  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures and employee engagement activities to foster an inclusive workplace culture

  • Support compliance with UAE labour law and local regulatory requirements, including visa and labour documentation for national and expatriate employees

  • Prepare HR metrics, trackers and basic analysis to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Legal teams on cross‑functional HR projects and ad hoc requests

What We’re Looking For

  • UAE national (Emirati) with eligibility to work in the UAE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

  • 1–3 years’ experience in HR generalist, HR operations or recruitment coordination, ideally within a fast‑paced corporate or retail environment

  • Good working knowledge of UAE labour law and Emiratisation policies

  • Confident user of HRIS, Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for reporting, trackers and process administration

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approach to confidential matters

  • Organised and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Proactive, collaborative and solution‑focused with a customer‑centric mindset

  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
