And now for the technical bit...

We are a fast paced and busy payroll bureau, so you will have a fantastic portfolio of varied clients that you will own and deliver for across the whole payroll lifecycle. 
  • You’ll be hands on managing your own client portfolio, processing end to end UK payrolls, importing payroll information into our payroll software and maintaining payroll records
  • As this is a busy bureau role, your portfolio will be varied with a range of weekly and monthly payrolls for clients with small headcounts, up to large corporate organisations (and everything in between!)
  • You’ll be the focal point for your clients, managing any queries they might have and giving them fantastic customer support
  • You’ll have an eye on service delivery, looking out for opportunities for us to make improvements to our processes and procedures that can support the ongoing development of the team
  • You’ll ensure that we are diligent and compliant with record keeping, keeping our client payroll manuals up to date and ensuring that manual checks and calculations are accurate and that we are compliant with Data Protection regulations

Does this sound like you?

  • Proven experience in UK Payroll processing, ideally in a bureau or accountancy  environment, however if you are working in-house and are looking for a change then we’d love to hear from you 
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation 
  • CIPP qualification would be ideal, but not essential 
  • Customer focussed with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks with a focus on accuracy and delivery
