BMW Group Financial Services UK is looking for an SME Credit Analyst and Underwriter based at the Summit ONE Campus in Farnborough to evaluate SME and consumer proposals within approved mandate authority and SLAs, balancing credit judgement with AML and fraud risk in line with CONC and current European directives. You should bring proven underwriting experience in financial services, ideally within leasing, automotive, or related sectors, plus strong regulatory knowledge (FCA, AML, financial crime) and robust analytical and communication skills. The role involves collaborating with Compliance, Risk and Sales Support to drive process improvements and ensure compliant, well evidenced decisions. The first stage is a video interview; highlight relevant cases, show willingness to work shifting patterns including weekends, and be ready for background checks.

The team also work approx. 16 Saturdays and 9 Sundays a year, all of which they receive a day off in lieu for during the week.
