Job Purpose:


To lead and manage a team of 10 tele callers dedicated to portfolio management activities and driving sales of Balance Transfer (BT), Card on Card (COC), and Easy Payment Plan (EPP) on credit cards. The role is responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring achievement of key business targets


Principal Accountabilities:


Sales Leadership & Strategy:


Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize BT, COC, and EPP product uptake among existing cardholders.

Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, focusing on portfolio penetration and product activation.

Monitor market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches.


Team Management:


Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10 tele callers, ensuring high performance and professional development.

Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.


Portfolio Management:


Oversee portfolio management activities, including customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell initiatives.

Ensure tele callers maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Support process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.


Operational Excellence:


Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management frameworks.

Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.

Prepare and present detailed sales reports for management review.


Primary KPI:


Penetration and activation of BT, COC, and EPP products within the managed cardholder portfolio.


Requirements

Education and Experience


Bachelor’s degree 

3+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on tele sales or card portfolio management.

Proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
