JOB PURPOSE
The bank is on a Default Digital strategy and is executing several focused initiatives in WBG to drive increased adoption of digital channels. This role is responsible for setting-up, enhancing and managing multiple hybrid delivery teams across these initiatives is critical to the success of these initiatives across digital channels.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITES
- This role is required to Define, Drive and Deliver the digital channel roadmap, footprint, technical stack along with channel transformational initiative
- Ensure digital channel with best-in-class agile delivery model including DevOps model where required, to keep the business SLA intact with necessary scalable, resiliency infrastructure in place.
- Manage Agile Scrum teams and project teams to implement the build of a best-in-class digital experience.
- Oversee and manage the overall programs and project progress to meet approved project budget and schedule.
- Drive and validate end-to-end solution design (people, process and technology) to ensure completeness of solution that meets business requirements.
- Compose regular analysis of backlog, requirements and present the insight to senior leaders before adoption into project initiative.
- Prepare necessary program(s) and project(s) planning, control and risk documentation according to bank’s project management process
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 15 years of digital channels & digital project/product experience in financial or other software development industry.
- Relevant experience in strategic planning and execution in a matrix organization.
- Solid technical and fintech knowledge and ability to resolve technical issue especially on Digital Channels, Open API, Agile Delivery, DevOps adoption etc.
- Strong Agile transformation capabilities
- Strong agile project management skills including planning, documenting, communication and delivering the end-result on-time, with quality.
- Strong interest and knowledge of emerging technology trends and applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiating and influencing skill
- Strong leadership as well as Strong collaboration skill
- Strong business acumen with a good analytical mindset will be essential
