Your Role:
The US Oncology Portfolio Marketing Manager is a crucial role within the commercial team and will be responsible for leading, managing, measuring and driving continuous improvement of HCP and patient engagement contracting and management, national advisory board operations, budget management and RxVantage operations.
This role will involve a high level of cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking and creating problem solving, and project management skills. It requires the selected individual to become a champion for evolving processes and operations to be more efficient and effective for internal and external stakeholders. Cross-functional partnership will include but not limited to marketing, sales, compliance, legal, finance and professional organizations. This position reports to the Director, Portfolio Marketing, US Oncology and will work in close partnership with the broader US Oncology Commercial Team.
You will act as the lead and primary point of contact for the following US Oncology Portfolio Marketing & Sales Operations, including but not limited to:
TA SOW and PO Processing and Management

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end processing of Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments and purchase orders (POs) for US Oncology.
- Manage purchase orders, including Month End vendor reporting process for business unit, actuals receiving, and maintaining an open PO report.
- Partner closely with Finance to oversee budget and accrual tracking for department.
- Manage all incoming invoices for TA to make sure payments are made on time. Serve as point person for Accounts Payable team for any invoice questions and problems that need to be resolved.
- Training lead and subject matter expert on SOW/Amendment/PO process and related systems such as LEDOX, Ariba and SAP. Develop and update training resources as needed.
HCP and Patient Engagement Contracting and Management

- Partner with TA Marketing on the development and execution of HCP annual and off-cycle contracts per year for the TA Speaker Bureau, advisory boards, steering committees and consulting initiatives.
- Manage the comprehensive HCP contracting process for all TA engagements, ensuring compliance and adherence to policies.
- Manage HCP profiling (background check and tiering process), manage FMV assignment, contract generation, signature process, and oversee associated system reconciliation.
- Identify and trouble shoot any contract issues, partnering with cross-functional partners to resolve and communicate the solution to HCPs and Patients.
- Manage HCP Statement of Fees and Expenses, and honorarium, and process and track payments.
- Serve as TA subject matter expert on iHub, and communicate system improvements to Compliance Operations
- Training lead and subject matter expert on HCP and patient engagements, training team members on processes, SOPS and systems. Develop and update training resources as needed.
HCP and Patient Advisory Board Operations

- Lead vendor contracting, and logistical planning for HCP and Patient Advisory Boards.
- Oversee vendor partners for seamless execution, accuracy and timeline.
- Ensure effective and compliant execution of logistics, including venue selection, contracting, and closeout procedures.
- Ensure proper contracting, honoraria calculations, documentation and payment processing for all advisors.
- Responsible for retrieving and uploading in compliance portal all mandatory ad board final documents and signature forms for INA closing purposes.
- Monitor, evaluate, and refine advisory board operations to improve efficiency, compliance, and consistency.
RxVantage Operations

- Oversee and manage vendor partner for seamless execution, accuracy and timeline.
- Collect and incorporate field feedback, implement changes and communicate process updates.
- Develop and maintain training calendar and office hours to increase adoption and proficiency.
- Manage QBR process with vendor and communicate QBR insights to Sales Leadership.
- Partner with vendor and internal IT to maximize system capabilities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and refine RxVantage operations to improve efficiency and optimize end user results.
- Training lead and subject matter expert on RxVantage capabilities.
Operational Support for US Oncology Marketing

- Lead operational support for various marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring streamlined processes and effective collaboration across teams.
- Contribute to the overall success of marketing and sales operations through efficient planning and execution.
- Deliver fact-based recommendations on ways to improve operational practices and processes to increase overall US Oncology team success.
- Ad hoc projects and tasks assigned.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry with experience in marketing operations, commercial operations, meetings management, marketing and/or sales
- 5+ years’ experience in project and vendor management skills including budget management, planning, prioritization, objective setting, and logistics execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the US Oncology market
- Excellent communications skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Ability to think strategically and work independently, with presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast pace and high expectation organization where the focus is on both what you do, and how you accomplish your goals and objectives
Pay Range for this position: $97,300-$145,900/year
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
