Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking a hands-on Utility Operator to support cell relining and refurbishment of superstructures, including pot changes and rebuilding pot shells, ensuring safe, procedure-driven work that keeps production running. You will assist the cell relining operator with readying tools, operate mobile equipment such as forklift and pay loader, and help with brick lining, welding, fabrication and ramming as needed, all while upholding housekeeping. Qualifications: PG5 training modules, at least one year in heavy industry, and courses in Aluminium/Water Explosions, Electrical hazards, plus a Forklift Licence Category 7. JOB PURPOSE:

To assist the Operator, Cell Relining in the refurbishment of superstructures, cell relining activities such as pot changing, rebuilding pot shell and ensure these are carried out in accordance with standard procedures, safely and efficiently to achieve maximum production.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Assists cell relining operator preparing in advance all necessary tools and equipment required for casting prior to actual operations taking place in a safe and efficient manner.Operates mobile equipment such as forklift, pay loader etc., as required complying with all safety procedures.Assists cell relining operator bricks lining in accordance with required standards and specified designs.     Assists in carrying out superstructure refurbishment, welding and fabrication jobs, and capable of performing ramming processes.Maintains a high standard of housekeeping at all times.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:Completion of training modules specified for PG5 positionMinimum Experience:One year of experience in heavy industry is preferable.
