Your portfolio should show UX processes and tangible results, with strong capability in Figma, Miro, Jira and Confluence, plus data visualization and service design workshop experience. You will design end-to-end user experiences for complex financial products used globally. Conducting user research, usability testing, and design reviews to validate and refine solutions.
Partnering with business analysts, developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation, along with implementing accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design practices.
Bringing data and business sense to design decisions, aligning user needs with revenue and cost optimization goals.

What will you bring to the role?
You will have proven experience as a UX Designer in complex, fast-paced environments. Financial services experience or strong interest in financial products is a big plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and design outcomes and expertise in Figma, Miro, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Analytical and logical thinker, used to gathering/analysing information for decision making and problem solving.
