Meta is seeking an AI-native, mixed-methods Senior UX Researcher to drive research across WhatsApp Integrity and Support onsite in London. We're hiring an AI-native, mixed-methods Senior UXR to drive research horizontally across Integrity, Support, and their intersecting domains. You'll go deep on complex problems and leverage AI to scale insights across the organization.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify the most important research questions across Integrity & Support's complex, fast-moving domain
* Design and execute global mixed-methods studies (quantitative + qualitative), interpreted through UX, HCI, and social science lenses
* Define research strategy for emerging harm vectors (scams, impersonation, business abuse) and evaluate product interventions
* Partner with DS, Product, Engineering, Design, Communications and Policy to identify opportunities to build the safest, most secure, and most supported experiences for users
* Develop measurement frameworks that assess user safety outcomes at platform scale
* Build cross-Meta relationships within Community Integrity & Support and Family of Apps Integrity teams
QualificationsExperience using AI daily in research workflows, delegating to AI agents, and producing deliverables efficiently
* Experience scaling insights through automation and system design, operationalizing findings to drive decision-making at scale
* Experience crafting narratives that drive decision-making across teams and shape product strategy
* Track record of influencing product strategy in complex, ambiguous, and fast-changing domains
* Experience designing and executing quantitative studies with strong Data Science partnership
* Experience leading international and cross-cultural research Experience with integrity research in developing countries
* Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
* Experience in regulated or trust & safety domains
* Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
* Background in UX, HCI, or social science research methodologies
